Where do I find instructions for practicing Dark Retreats?
Open the app and press the “i” (info) button in the top right corner of the main screen.
You will find the full instructions there.
How do I transfer data to my new phone?
To transfer your retreats and insights to a new phone:
- On your old phone, open Settings (three-line menu in the top left).
- Go to the “Data Export/Import” page.
- Select Export and save the file.
- On your new phone, open the same Data Export/Import page.
- Select Import and choose the exported file.
This will restore your retreats and insights on your new device.
